Cardio
Cardio is a shorter word for Cardiovascular. Cardiovascular is a system which represents you heart and of course your blood vessel in the human body. An average person should exercise a least 30 minutes every 2-3 time per week to maintain a healthy life. Cardio is exercising such as walking, sports , yoga, ect. Cardio is something every person should do stay fit.
Exercise is a great for your heart it can prevent you from getting sicknesses no man would ever want to get such as heart disease. The benefits of working out your heart are in many great ways. As you exercise you get more sleep, loose weight, very low percent on getting a sickness, improves our mood ad balance, ect. To check an average women at the age of 50 her heart rate prediction would have to be 205.8. In order to find out your heart rate you place 2 fingers on your blood vessels wrist. You count your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply it by 6.
There are many activities to work out your heart such as swimming, soccer, baseball, football, any active sports .To live a healthier life you can drink plenty of water, get sleep, meditate, and do much exercise. What i am going to do over the summer is join a sport. Sports are very good for you because you get much exercise and you stay fit. Exercising helps you live a well energized life,
